This document explains what personal data Freeshop.az collects, why we process it and how we protect it. By using the site you accept the terms described here.

1. What data we collect
At registration: first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number.
When ordering: the product you selected, your game account identifier (for example player ID or username) and your order history.
Automatically: the country derived from your IP address, plus general technical information about your browser and device.
Balance activity: top-up and spending history.

2. Why we process it
To fulfil your order and deliver the product to the correct game account.
To confirm payment and refund you if the order fails.
To answer support requests and investigate disputed orders.
To prevent fraud and keep your account secure.
To measure and improve service quality.

3. Payment data
We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Payment takes place entirely on the secure pages of licensed payment providers (Epoint, m10, Portmanat and others). We only learn whether the transaction succeeded and its amount.

4. Cookies
We use only cookies necessary for the site to work: a session cookie (keeps you signed in), a security token (CSRF) and a cookie that records once how you found the site. We use Yandex Metrica to measure visitor statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but sign-in and the cart will stop working.

5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and never share it for advertising. Sharing happens only in these cases and only to the extent required:
• Payment providers — to process the transaction;
• Digital product suppliers — only your game account identifier is passed, to fulfil the order;
• Legal requirement — upon an official request from an authorised state authority.

6. Retention period
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment history is kept for the period required by law for accounting and dispute resolution. Deleting your account does not remove the financial records of past orders.

7. Your rights
You have the right to learn what data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data and to request deletion of your account. Write to us via the contact page — we reply within 30 days at the latest.

8. Security
The site runs over SSL encryption and passwords are stored in a non-reversible form. We never ask for your game account password — if someone asks for it in our name, it is a scam.
